Château de Berne Grande Cuveé Blanc

It has a beautiful, intense yellow color with perfect golden hues and impeccable shine. Very complex on the nose, with notes of brioche and shortbread, along with exotic fruits enhanced by flashes of tuberose.
The palate has a lovely, velvety, and full-bodied entry. Very round, a very balanced wine. Notes of milk bread, roasted hazelnuts, pineapple juice, and licorice sticks. A long, fresh finish with fine buttery and honey aromas.

Fantastic
Pairings

Foie Gras | Provençal Chicken | Oysters

Due to its complexity and great elegance, it can be enjoyed with foie gras terrine or pan-fried foie gras with peach compote. A turbot mousseline or Provençal-style chicken would also be a very interesting pairing.
